Who actually does the work?
Every Washington Baltic engagement is led by a senior practitioner with deep technology and M&A diligence experience—not a junior team with a partner sign-off.
Do you work outside the North East?
Yes. We are based in Gateshead and serve the UK nationwide—including Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and London—and international mandates including Amsterdam and Dubai/Middle East, remote and on-site as scope requires.
What happens if the review finds serious issues?
We put issues in context for your stage, recommend remediation options, and help you decide what to fix pre-process versus disclose and price. The goal is informed decisions, not surprise in buyer sessions.
