Engagements we lead

Representative work our senior practitioners run across exits, investments and separations—described by type, not by client.

Carve-out support

We help separate a business or asset from its parent: transitional services, standalone infrastructure, data boundaries and run-cost clarity. Work typically runs alongside legal and financial separation planning, well before or during a transaction.

Tech DD for take-privates

Buy-side technology due diligence on listed or public targets moving to private ownership. We test the deal thesis, surface integration and remediation risk early, and align findings with pricing and the post-close operating plan.

Integration assessments

Assessments focused on how an acquisition folds into a platform, or how two acquisitions combine: product overlap, architecture, delivery capacity, security and cost to integrate. Used pre-signing or during confirmatory diligence.

Exit readiness

Structured preparation before a sale or fundraise: gap closure, data room shape, and rehearsal for buyer questions. Combines coaching and targeted review so the first external diligence pass is not a discovery exercise.

Vendor tech due diligence

Sell-side vendor due diligence led by a senior practitioner. We document strengths, put risks in context for your stage, and support management sessions and buyer follow-up through the process.

Security assessment

Independent review of security posture and maturity for a transaction or on a standalone basis. Findings are prioritised for deal impact and remediation, not checkbox compliance.

Value creation and 100-day plans

Post-close technology priorities aligned to the investment thesis: integration sequencing, remediation, team and delivery fixes, and measurable milestones for the first 100 days and beyond.
